Simple home based penis enlargement techniques

The use of pills and others medical methods to increase the size of one’s penis might seem quite risky or shameful to some people, thus these people often keep their troubles with themselves but in this field there are self practiced methods that one can use to improve their stature.

The first method that is commonly used is stretching, stretching of the penis is aimed at increasing ones length and it is done with a device that is commonly known as an extender. The device is used for a number of hours, averagely six and over a certain period of time say 6 months one will definitely see some penis enlargement in the length.

The other technique that is commonly used is called jelqing; it is a penile muscle smooth exercise that resembles milking. This method requires no use of any extra devices though they have been made for it is done by wrapping the shaft of the penis using the thumb and index finger and gently squeezing the shaft as one moves outwards from the body. This penis enlargement method should only be done while the penis is semi erect and one shouldn’t apply too much force to avoid damage to the cells.

Clamping is the other method that is common in penis enlargement; it poses a greater risk in doing it. It involves the use of a constrictor such as a cable clamp or a cock ring to restrict the backflow of blood on a phallus. The device is firmly clamped on the base of the erect penis thus maintain it at an engorged state, the danger of it comes in removal of the constrictor since it is deeply rooted in the muscle. This method is used for girth increment.

The last and oldest technique is called hanging, where one hangs a weight on the glans or just after it and proceeds to raise the weight for several reps.
